Workshop

The MELT Method® is a gentle self-treatment technique that helps release “stuck stress”—the achy, tight sensations from repetitive use or aging. In this 75-minute class, you’ll learn how to reduce joint pain and muscle tension using the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls and a MELT Roller. These techniques rehydrate connective tissue while calming and rebalancing your nervous system.

These classes are designed to deepen your MELT practice and explore additional self-treatment techniques using the MELT soft foam roller and Hand & Foot Treatment Balls. They are ideal for anyone who has completed a MELT Intro Workshop or MELT Method Private. Each class is tailored to the needs of participants, helping refine techniques and develop personalized MELT maps for your at-home practice.
Tip for Best Results:
Practice MELT at least 3 days per week at home for 10–15 minutes to maintain lasting benefits.
