Before Class
- Avoid heavy meals: Refrain from eating anything heavy for at least 2 hours before class.
- Arrive early: Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes ahead to sign in, get set up, and center yourself.
- Dress comfortably: Wear flexible, comfortable clothing and remove shoes before entering the practice space.
- Personal hygiene: Be mindful of body odor and avoid excessive perfume or deodorant.
During Class
- Use of mats and props: Mats and props are available for your use.
- Electronics: Please turn off all electronics before class begins.
- Health considerations: If you have an injury or health condition, communicate with your teacher so proper modifications can be offered.
- Leaving early: If you need to leave before class ends, especially during Savasana, inform your instructor beforehand and exit quietly to respect others’ practice.
After Class
- Clean up: Tidy your area and return props to their proper place.
- Refund policy: Please note that classes are non-refundable.
